Within the scope of combating bribery and corruption; the implementation of the Law No. 3628 on Declaration of Assets, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, the implementation of the provisions of the Regulation on the Principles of Ethical Conduct and Application Procedures and Principles of Public Officials, the implementation of the relevant articles in the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018, the implementation of the relevant articles in the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018, and the issues of combating errors, irregularities and corruption in the Ethical Code of Conduct and Ethics Committee Directive, which entered into force with the ASBU Senate Decision dated 28.04.2015, are followed and it is adopted to continue the work within the scope of the confidentiality agreement.
